Aroma and Flavor
An earthy and floral aroma complements the full-bodied flavor. Notes of fruit and a mild astringency brews a delicious cup alone, however, a little sugar or honey helps bring out the sweeter flavors.

Brew Instructions
Add 1 teaspoon of tea in a mesh strainer or cloth tea bag and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes, or until desired strength is reached.
